At Horizon, a multi-family real estate investment company, I worked as a digital designer delivering creative for more than 50 properties across 13 states, while partnering closely with the marketing team on internal initiatives.
GIPHY STICKERS
Once a year, Horizon throws an all-hands retreat called MER (Managers Excellence Retreat) in a new city, chosen by the company partners. I’d produce GIPHY stickers for all 150+ employees to access via Instagram to help boost engagement.
RENEWAL CAMPAIGNS
Each year, we launched renewal campaigns across the full property portfolio. Every property selected from a range of campaign themes, all concepted and built from scratch by the design team.
sOCIAL MEDIA PLAYBOOK
Working closely with our social media manager, I developed the design and illustrations for a company-wide playbook to assist individual teams with their social posting schedules.
